Yoga- Michella is Hatha Yoga Practitioner and Teacher. Michella uses yoga postures, breathing, concentration, relaxation and meditation techniques as part of her home-care recommendations to her clients. She also teachers yoga in many settings. Including public and private settings. and small group settings as well.
Yoga 1 day Workshops - In her 1 day Yoga Retreat you will experience a 1.5 hour yoga class, vegetarian lunch and refreshments, 1 hour guided meditation, 30 min restorative yoga, and 45 minute open ended group question and answer period regarding yoga philosophy and self-awareness and self-healing techniques. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, empowered and inspired about your life, your health and your purpose!
Yoga 2 Day Retreats- Completely relax and embrace the experience as you unwind in a 2 day yoga, self-awareness and inspirational yoga retreat. With the use of yoga philosophy and techniques that include postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation you can fully immerse yourself in this healing experience. Michella will also guide you in other self-awareness practices that will encourage physical and emotional healing and help to awaken creativity and inspiration. Private Group Sessions- You can book a private group workshop to fit your groups specific needs. Michella is willing to be creative to make sure you are receiving exactly what your individual group needs are.
